Dean has interviewed world-class artists such as Harry Connick Jr., Rod Stewart, Peter Cetera, and Brian Wilson, and held senior leadership roles overseeing programming and production, where he led major teams and developed talent that consistently connected with audiences.

He also created, executive produced, and co-hosted Cincinnality, aired on the Fox affiliate, I was a Television Weather Anchor. Beyond broadcasting, Dean has led end-to-end video and digital productions as an on-camera spokesperson, executive producer, editor, and cameraman.
